This Community Feast, hosted by Community Chef, Diversity Lewes and Culture Connect, will bring people from diverse communities together to share food, music, dancing and an uplifting cross-cultural experience.

Medicinal herbs foraging walk | 10:30–12pm

Karine is a medical herbalist in training with six years experience  immersed in the study of medicinal plants, their pharmacology, and the intricate workings of the human body. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge of health and plants, to help her community reconnect with the healing potential of our local flora. On this walk we will learn about 10 medicinal plants and their uses.

Understanding Autism and Neurodiversity | Online workshop | Gardening in Action | 6:30–9pm (with a break)

This interactive online workshop is designed for volunteers and staff in East Sussex community projects especially those working in gardening, nature, or environmental settings. You’ll gain a better understanding of what autism and neurodiversity mean, the challenges neurodivergent people may face, and how to create more inclusive spaces. Run by trained facilitators in a confidential space. Places are limited to 12, so book early!
